As we have built up an excellent reputation for problem-solving we find that at any one time we have a number of children with individual needs. We have experience of autism, tactile problems, behavioural problems, dyspraxia and many more. Sometimes we work solely with a 1:1 relationship, at other times we integrate a child into a small group. Our success comes from working as a team at Rosebank and combining our efforts with the parents/carers towards that which is appropriate for your child.

We have built up very good links with outside agencies. Some children are referred from the Child Development Centre. We have links with physiotherapists and, speech and occupational therapists. This has proved extremely useful for advice about our methods in handling certain problems and we view this as an invaluable source of information.

We follow the Code of Practice on the Identification and Assessment of Special Needs and our special needs adviser co-ordinates all aspects of a child’s development with the necessary specialists.
