We are very fortunate to have such an enthusiastic and well-qualified team at ‘The Rosebank Centre’. Each member of staff is committed to giving of their best for your children and each member of staff although covering most activities will have a chosen area with specialist knowledge that the rest of the team can tap into. At Rosebank we have three trained teachers, three NNEB’s, two with NVQ level 3 in child-care, and a member of staff with health and safety training. We bring you our best, between us we have more than 50 years experience. The team’s skills in preparing activities that relate to a child’s readiness are paramount. We are very aware and responsive to children’s needs at Rosebank. Most of us have training in first-aid and staff have attended courses on sign-language, music & movement, helping children with poor vision, ‘art and crafts’, child protection, multi-cultural activities, parenting skills and health & safety, bullying, assertive parenting, and physical skills. Margaret King is a fully trained teacher with a wealth of experience of early years children. The curriculum she has developed at Rosebank provides a firm foundation for the concept of developing the ‘whole child’, physically, mentally, and socially. |
